Cooking is a lot like data science. You start with unclean, disorganized things (aka ingedients), you clean them up, add them together in just the right way, and hope (in the end) it turns out to be something great and life-changing.

There’s nothing better than a good meal. I’ll spare you my unsuccessful attempts, and share some of my go-to’s.

THE BEST CHICKEN MARINADE

I didn’t make up the title (and yes, it’s accurate). I grill every weekend during the Summer, and almost never use a different marinade. Even my wife enjoys it. Compliments to Modern Honey!
